How It Works
Simply upload your favourite photo and our awesome design team will then work hard to get your get your images onto the mug within 2 – 7 business days and sent out for delivery.
Sizing & Design
Size: A5 size 8.2” x 5.8” (21cm x 14.85cm x2cm) made from a thick scratch resistant acrylic.
All orders are shipped right here from our UK warehouse. We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service and DPD with our courier delivery.
Once your items have been edited, processed and sent to Royal Mail, delivery times are the following:
UK – 1 – 3 business days,
EU – 5 – 15 business days,
USA / International 5 – 10 business days.
Please note personalised items also require a 2 – 7 day processing time to allow our design team to edit the images to remove any backgrounds and make them print ready.
