What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free delivery for up to 200 countries, the only charges you may (very rarely) occur is from your countries customs. However as most of our items are way below customs threshold you shouldn’t need to worry about this.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Security is extremely important to us especially when it comes to payments online. This is why we use PayPal for all of our orders to ensure your card details are safe.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is usually between 7 – 30 business days (in very rare cases items can take up to 45 days to arrive). Items can take this long due to customs etc… which unfortunately is out of our control.

I ordered multiple items but only received 1, where is my order?

Our warehouses are not centralised which helps us to improve their efficiency (and to also be able to offer worldwide delivery).

When you order multiple items at a time they can sometimes be shipped to you separately in order to get to you at the fastest time possible.

Please don’t worry, we can assure you they are on the way just check the tracking numbers we provide to you to find just where about your order is.

How secure is Pawsify ? Is my data protected?

Security is very important to us and we do not share any of your data to third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email listing everything you’ve purchased and how much you’ve paid.

Our team then processes your order and will send you an email with your unique tracking number allowing you to see where your product is every step of the way.
