Christmas 2022
Unfortunately due to the current industrial action with Royal Mail we are unable to guarantee delivery for Christmas on orders placed during December and advise to order as soon as possible to ensure delivery.
We are currently noticing parcels taking up to 10 working days to be delivered using the standard delivery option.
If you haven’t received your parcel after 10 working days after being shipped please let us know.
Our shipping fees can be found at the checkout page once you place your order. All of our orders are lovingly made right here in the United Kingdom and shipped with Royal Mail.
We are pleased to offer free shipping to UK for all orders over £60.
Security is extremely important to us especially when it comes to payments online. This is why we use PayPal and Stripe for all of our orders to ensure your card details are safe.
Once you place your order you will receive an email notification that your order is processing, from there our your images go to our design team to remove background images and make your photos suitable for printing. This process takes between 2 – 7 business days.
We will then send you another email to say your items have been dispatched to our shipping provider.
All orders are shipped right here from our UK warehouse. We use Royal Mail first class for our standard delivery service and DPD with our courier delivery.
Most of the time orders will arrive to you within 2 – 10 business days in the UK and 5 – 15 days for USA.
If you haven’t received your items within these time frame please do get in contact with us and we will do our best to find your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to show proof as all products are bespoke to you and your pet our designers have to manually edit your images and crop the face out.

Once your items have been edited, processed and sent to Royal Mail, delivery times are the following:
-UK – 1 – 3 business days
-EU – 5 – 15 business days
-USA / International 5 – 15 business days.
Please note personalised items also require a 2 – 7 day processing time to allow our design team to edit the images to remove any backgrounds and make them print ready.
If you haven’t received your items within these time frame please do get in contact with us and we will do our best to find your order.
Some of our items may be shipped out separately as they require additional packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Items are deemed as lost after 10 working days after the parcel has been shipped for the UK. If you haven’t received your items by then please fill out the form below and we can either replace or refund your order.

If you have used the wrong address let us know straight away, if the items haven’t been shipped yet we will change the address for you.
As we receive lots of orders each day we are unable to check each and every customers address they enter on our website, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they enter their address correctly and we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address entered on our website.
If our shipping provider is unable to delivery to you, they will try to resend it back to us in which case we will then contact you to arrange for the items to be reshipped. However please note there is no guarantee items will arrive back to us if an incorrect address has been entered as we have no control of shipping.
If the items do get lost due to an incorrect address being used, we will offer a discount code for you to reorder at a reduced rate as a gesture of good will.
You should receive a confirmation email 5 – 10 minutes after you have placed your order, if you haven’t received this please check your spam / junk folders just incase our email may have ended up in there.

We offer a 30 day no questions asked returns and any items that are not personalised.
All items that are personalised are bespoke to you and your pet are non refundable as they are printed on demand. We use processes called direct to garment (or DTG) and sublimation to print our products, this means that colours may look slightly different to what is show on the website. Unfortunately we are also not responsible for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints.
