How It Works

Simply upload a photo of your dog (for best results make sure your use a better quality image and have your dog facing the camera)

Our awesome design team will then work hard to cut your dogs face from your photo and onto the mug within 2 – 7 business days.

Next your design will be printed onto the mug and sent out for delivery.

All orders are shipped right here from our UK warehouse. We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service and DPD with our courier delivery.

Once your items have been edited, processed and sent to Royal Mail, delivery times are the following:

UK – 1 – 3 business days, EU – 5 – 15 business days, USA / International 5 – 10 business days.

Please note personalised items also require a 2 – 7 day processing time to allow our design team to edit the images to remove any backgrounds and make them print ready.

If you haven’t received your items within these time frame please do get in contact with us and we will do our best to find your order.
