Meet this adorable little cutie named Roo, she was rescued from a puppy mill in Hong Kong by her Dad Felix L.
Little Roo was going to be used to make even smaller puppies and she was in a really bad state when she was rescued. Her left ear was seriously infected which made Felix L think that she had her ear tagged and she had numerous teeth missing.
Unfortunately for Roo her ear was so badly infected that she had to have it cut off but now she has over 13.2k followers on Instagram and people just love her.
