Charlie was brought home by Rosalyn (aged 84), after she’d lost her husband and needed a furry companion. Unfortunately at a vet appointment they found out that Charlie was double the weight that he should be and it was essential for him to loose the pounds.
Charlie was put onto kitty slimming food but he developed a good taste for his special dietary food and decided to relax around the house too.
Robyn (Rosalyn’s Grandaughter) was recommended by the vet to take Charlie to a hydrotherapy session which is normally for dogs only.

Charlie surprised everyone by taking to it like a duck to water!
Burning Those Pounds
Wonder cat Charlie now swims 12 lengths in 45 minutes, he takes regular breaks to make sure that his heart rate doesn't go too high.
The wonderful news is that 11 year old Charlie is shedding the pounds and he appears to be more active around the house.
