Wasn't expecting too much when I ordered this. But, I ordered a 2nd one for my other dog.. It's fun watching my Sheltie run through the woods when I let him out at night!
It's also durable and stays charged for a good amount of time. It's easy to customize for your dog. Since you have to cut it to length, start bigger than you need and make smaller cuts until you get it right. It's a clear plastic tube that reflects the LED light which cuts pretty easily.
It has 3 modes. Blink, fast blink and solid. My dogs get distracted by the blinking so I hit the power button 3 times to get a solid light. One additional click turns it off. We hang ours on the back door knob and slip it on their necks when we let them out at night. I feel better knowing that if they left the yard (we live out in a rural area) that they'd be easily seen from and traffic in the neighborhood.

Our SharCat, Ganesh being a Blue Heeler/Shar-Pei mix is hard to see at night.
I received this today and cut it to size, it was very difficult to cut which is my ONLY complaint.
This collar works wonderfully, glowing so brightly I can see him for quite some distance! Plus I get a kick outta watching my boy lumbering along with that bright blue disc around his neck!
Obviously I love our baby boy & would do ANYTHING to make him happier, healthier or to keep him even more safe and secure and this collar delivers in the department of keeping him a bit safer. Not only can cars see him coming, if he would dart into the street, which has never happened. I do allow him to run off leash but keep an e-collar on him at all times. But this light alerts others of his presence even wild animals in the woods & field, which I feel can deter them from wanting to possibly attack my pup.
I would recommend this collar to anyone and everyone I don't know how I've gone this long without one and ONLY wish I'd bought it sooner.
I read quite a few reviews, good and bad and can only hope that the bad ones were from a defective item and this collar doesn't fizzle out after a few uses. If it does my loss will be just under $9. I can live with that...and I would order another from another company. But so far , so good, everything is working 💯 💯!!! What's not to like?

This collar is fantastic! I ordered one for my small black dog and I love it so much I just ordered another for my large black dog. My guys are practically invisible when we walk at night and the streets are so poorly lit. These collars have 3 settings - fast blink, slow blink and constant light. I like the fast blink because it's very visible for drivers and my dog looks like a fun party dog! Another awesome feature is that you can cut the collar with scissors to fit your dog. It's basically a very long tube of rubber that you cut to size. The light travels from the power source through the rubber appearing as if the light is coming from the entire collar.
